Terms and Conditions of Order

Each RREV Baja Edition is meticulously handcrafted and sold exclusively through our facility in Northern California. The current lead time from order to completion is 5-6 months but it may vary at the time of your order. To reserve a production slot please add the model you wish to order in the shop or if you have any questions, please contact us via email at rr@roamresilient.com. The following T&Cs apply to all the orders.

  1. The customer explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices for the build are payable as follows:
    1. An initial non-refundable deposit of $15,000 within 48 hours of placing the order.
    2. Second deposit amounting to 50% of total order 45 days after the order.
    3. Final Balance payment 15 days prior to the delivery date.
    4. Second and final payment in the event of non-payment by the due date, RREV reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 3% of the sum remaining due. RREV will be authorized to suspend your order and or any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment. 
  4. ​Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Roam Resilient become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Roam Resilient in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. Roam Resilient undertakes to do its best to supply performant goods and services in due time in accordance with the agreed lead times. RREV will do its best to match the equipment and appliances shown at the time of the order but there may be rare occasions when the supplier/equipment manufacturer may make some changes to their product. Sometimes manufacturers may also discontinue the product. RREV's intends to completely avoid such situations but sometimes it may be unavoidable.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, RREV must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively in the State of California and by United States law.
  8. The customer agrees to not sharing any critical information shared via the comments in the order/invoice/quotation sections. Customer must seek consent from RREV in order to share any information privately disclosed on this platform. 
RREV reserves the right to update and change any terms and or conditions laid out in this T&C agreement. RREV will display and disclose the last update date at the top this agreement.
