1. Scope of Build & Product Selection

RREV agrees to manufacture the expedition vehicle or trailer according to the Product Selection List (the "Build Sheet") attached to this agreement or referenced in the official Quote via the Builder Portal.

• Specifications: The Build Sheet outlines the model, chassis, color palette (interior/exterior), electrical systems, and custom accessories chosen by the Customer.  
• Technical Revisions: Minor engineering adjustments may be made by RREV during production to ensure structural integrity or safety without prior notice, provided they do not reduce the utility or value of the product.

2. Payment Schedule & Milestones

To maintain production flow, payments are required at the following trigger points:

• Milestone 1 (Reservation): An initial non-refundable deposit of $15,000 (Outland Edition), $20,000 (Baja Edition), $25,000 (Titan Edition), $75,000 (HD Series) and $150,000 (EXP Series) within 48 hours of placing the order. If you are pre-ordering a model with a refundable deposit (as advertised) it will be credited towards the initial non-refundable deposit when the production slot is assigned. You agree to pay the difference towards the initial deposit within 48 hours of notification.  
• Milestone 2 (Procurement | Production): Second deposit amounting to 50% of total order (total invoice) 30 days after the order.
• Milestone 3 (Finish | Completion): Final Balance payment 45 days prior to vehicle release or shipment.

Second and final payment in the event of non-payment by the due date, RREV reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 3% of the sum remaining due. RREV will be authorized to suspend your order and or any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment. 

3. Timelines and Delays

• Estimated Delivery: Any dates provided are good-faith estimates. The estimated delivery date will be available on your RREV Account on the portal.  
• Excusable Delays: RREV is not liable for delays caused by third-party component shortages (e.g., lithium batteries, heaters, chassis), shipping port backlogs, or labor disruptions.
• Production Pause: If a Customer fails to make a milestone payment within 10 business days of the invoice, RREV reserves the right to move the build to the end of the current production queue. 

4. Change Orders & Additions

Any request to alter the Product Selection List after the Production Start Date must be submitted in writing. via order portal online in the comment section of the RREV Account and not via email.

• Approval: RREV reserves the right to deny changes that compromise the build schedule or engineering standards.
• Costs: Approved changes will be invoiced at the current price for parts plus a "Mid-Build Labor Rate" of $200/hour.

5. Component Warranties

• RREV Fabrication: RREV warrants its custom-fabricated chassis for a period of 15 years.
• RREV Craftsmanship: RREV warrants its custom-fabricated body, and basic craftsmanship for a period of 2 years.
• Integrated Components: Third-party items (e.g., Dometic, Victron, REDARC, MaxxAir) are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty. RREV will provide the Customer with all necessary manuals and serial numbers to facilitate these claims.

6. Acceptance and Title

• Final Inspection: The Customer is encouraged to perform a final "Walkthrough" (in-person or via video) upon completion.
• Transfer of Title: Ownership and Title pass to the Customer only after RREV has received cleared funds for the total balance.
• Storage Fees: If the vehicle is not collected within 15 business days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification, a daily storage fee of $30 will apply. 

7. Miscellaneous Clauses:

• Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Roam Resilient become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Roam Resilient in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
• RREV undertakes to do its best to supply performant goods and services in due time in accordance with the agreed lead times. RREV will do its best to match the equipment and appliances shown at the time of the order but there may be rare occasions when the supplier/equipment manufacturer may make some changes to their product. Sometimes manufacturers may also discontinue the product. RREV's intends to completely avoid such situations but sometimes it may be unavoidable. 
• In order for it to be admissible, RREV must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
• All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively in the State of California and by United States law.
• The customer agrees to not sharing any critical information shared via the comments in the order/invoice/quotation sections. Customer must seek consent from RREV in order to share any information privately disclosed on this platform. 

8. Authorization

By submitting the Milestone 1 Deposit (non-refundable), the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Contract  and the builder online Product Selection List.

Effective Date (The "Fairness" Clause): Changes to these terms are not retroactive. The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect on the date of your initial deposit/order confirmation shall govern your specific build. Any updates made after your order date will only apply to new orders or subsequent Change Orders, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
